Located a block from TCU’s campus, University House was designed with unique boutique-style features.  The 116 bed project consists of a variety of bedroom configurations in three levels of wood framed construction over a two level parking garage.  There is a 7000 sf restaurant space with mezzanine at the corner. DOMUS was consulting architect to complete design and documentation, and resolve code and constructability issues.  The project was 95% leased before the building was dried in and had the highest rents per square foot in the history of the university.
