Treehouse is aptly named since it is tucked into the existing old-growth trees on the site.  Located just blocks from the UNT campus, the nine apartments provide great access for walking or cycling to class. The elevated patio is shaded by another tree which inspired the name. All units feature balconies, stylish kitchens and plank flooring throughout.  This product is making it possible for developers to construct apartments on one single-family lot, creating an urban infill prototype for our clients.
