An affordable senior living project, The Alhambra utilized tax credits and HUD financing. As such, there were three different accessibility codes that applied to these units. All of the units were designed to be fully accessible without compromising livability. The project included a club facility, fitness center, computer center, community room, craft room, laundry facilities on each floor, and picnic areas around an accessible swimming pool.
